At the same time, we regularly review and update our internal procedures to ensure the highest possible level of protection of your personal data from leakage or misuse. Data we collect
We process personal data for as long as your consent is valid. If we process the data for other, so-called lawful, reasons, we only keep it for as long as is strictly necessary for the specific purpose of the processing. Once these reasons have passed, the personal data is either securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with a specific person.
On the basis of your consent to the processing of data contained on our website, we record such data to process and evaluate the performance of the website. We only use the data internally and in accordance with processing agreements between ourselves (= controller) and the individual processors. We only pass on the data to these processors and no other entities. No personal data is transferred from us or others to other countries.
We collect data primarily for the purpose of analysing the use of the www.brnoconvention.cz website, optimising it and improving your user experience. For this purpose we collect and process the following personal data: IP address and type of web browser, cookies. We do not do profiling or automated decision making on the website.
IP addresses and web browser type
We process the IP address and web browser type for the correct display of websites by evaluating user data – for example, by testing software and website changes. We also process the IP address to prevent and protect our headquarters’ servers from cyber attacks.
We store and process personal data for the above purpose for a period of 3 years after the last access to the website.
IP addresses are collected by Google Tag Manager. It anonymises them and passes them on to Google Analytics. Although it is possible to track the behaviour of a visitor to the website, it is not possible to trace a specific person!
Cookies
The visitor of the website agrees to the storage of cookies on his/her computer (or other device). Cookies are small files that allow the previous user settings (language, etc.) to be restored when the website is visited again.
We use cookies to better structure the content of the website and adapt it to the needs of visitors, improving the navigation structure, leading to a better user experience.
Each internet browser usually accepts all cookies for 30 days after the last visit. However, if you as a visitor wish, you can set your browser settings to not accept any cookies or to automatically delete them when you end your Internet session.
