Extraordinary place, extraordinary experience

The newly reconstructed building of the Museum of Applied Arts (UMPRUM) in the center of Brno is indeed a remarkable addition to the cityscape. The hall with the Demon of Growth by the well-known artist Krištof Kintera will make a breathtaking first impression as soon as you enter.

In the main hall you can organize a lecture, a concert or a social evening for 150 people (120 in a theatre setting). On the ground floor there is another airy space under the footbridges that can also accommodate 120-150 guests. Use the Respirium relaxation area for more intimate events, such as a workshop or small team building. There is also a lecture hall with an elevator equipped with technology. Its auditorium can seat a maximum of 110 people. For smaller groups of up to 30 people, the small multimedia room is more comfortable.

A real treat is the café with a unique robotic barista who will even conjure up your portrait in milk foam on request.  Use him to spice up your event, his big advantage is that he never gets tired!

Head to the terrace in the warmer months. Mark Stepan’s illuminated giant “Cloud” will create a unique atmosphere and still protect you from the vagaries of real clouds.
