In Předklášteří near Tišnov, right within the grounds of a Cistercian monastery, you’ll find a brewery that builds on a long-standing tradition and gives it a new form—honest, craft-based, and contemporary.
The space feels authentic and informal, making it an ideal setting for events that don’t need to be overly formal. It works well for corporate gatherings, smaller teambuildings, celebrations, or evenings with friends, where atmosphere and good beer take center stage. There is a cozy cellar for smaller groups of up to around 25 people, a taproom with a capacity of about 50 guests, and in the warmer months, an outdoor garden that can host up to 150 people and invites guests to linger outdoors.
Basic technical facilities, including a projector and Wi-Fi, are available, making it suitable for presentations or informal workshops. The brewery also features its own kitchen, so alongside seven types of beer—including a non-alcoholic option—guests can enjoy hearty food, coffee, or something sweet to finish.
