The Brno headquarters of the Educational Institute for Moravia (VIM) offers a total of 11 rooms with various uses for rent on Hybešova Street. In addition to regular classrooms, it is possible to use 2 computer labs with a capacity of 15 people each, an auditorium with a capacity of 100 people, a drama workshop, and a small gymnasium. Most classrooms are equipped with standard equipment (PC/notebook, data projector, flipchart), and the building also provides facilities for lecturers and event organizers.
