DISC Academy s.r.o. delivers educational teambuilding programmes that combine shared experience with practical development of team dynamics. Through interactive activities, participants explore differences in behaviour, motivation and communication styles and learn how to work with them more consciously in a professional context.
The programmes are based, among other approaches, on the principles of the DISC method and focus on strengthening trust, openness and accountability within teams, improving conflict management and supporting alignment during periods of change or company growth. The portfolio includes themed development formats such as teambuilding focused on leveraging team strengths, building cooperation and trust, enhancing communication skills, as well as the original DISC & WINE concept, which combines personality typology with a wine experience in an informal setting. Programmes can also be fully tailored to reflect the specific needs and situation of each organisation.
Activities are suitable as standalone programmes for teams or as part of conferences, corporate meetings, management workshops and incentive stays. They are delivered throughout the South Moravian Region, in both Czech and English, typically for groups of approximately 10 to 100 participants depending on the chosen format, and can naturally be combined with local gastronomy or wine-related experiences.
