Top 5 indoor activities for groups

7. October 2025

Looking for original teambuilding ideas your group can enjoy regardless of the weather? Discover our Top 5 indoor activities for groups in South Moravia. Authentic experiences await you, combining fun, teamwork, and the unique atmosphere of the region – ideal for larger groups of around 30 participants. Our tips will bring energy, inspiration, and unforgettable shared moments to your event.

1. Wine tasting at a winery

A wine tasting in a traditional cellar is the perfect way to give your event an authentic Moravian touch. You can look forward to sampling excellent wines in the stylish setting of a selected winery, complemented by regional specialties and the insights of an experienced winemaker.

To make the evening even more special, add live cimbalom music – it often manages to gently coax even non-dancers onto the floor. We recommend, for example, Chateau de Frontiere Winery, The Valtice Underground, B\V Winery, Skoupil Family Winery, or Štěpán Maňák Winery. You can find more tips in our catalogue of venues and activities.

2. Cooking class

A gourmet experience at SPIELBERG Winery will delight every food enthusiast. You’ll take part in a cooking workshop led by a professional chef – possibly even with Michelin-star experience – where you’ll prepare a multi-course menu yourself and learn the tricks of modern cuisine.

The experience can be enhanced with wine pairing from the winery’s own production and accompanied by cimbalom music, adding the perfect touch to the evening’s atmosphere.

3. Brewery gathering

A tour of the EFI Brewery combines traditional craftsmanship with modern facilities. You’ll enjoy a guided visit of the hotel’s microbrewery with tastings straight from the source, followed by a gathering in the stylish beer hall with a focus on local gastronomy.

The complex also includes a wellness center and a fully equipped conference hall for around 80 people – the ideal combination for both the business and social parts of your program.

4. FabLab Workshop

Whether you’ve already explored the world of 3D printers and laser cutters or it’s completely new to you, FabLab will broaden everyone’s horizons.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you can try out a fully equipped makerspace. Print your own design on a 3D printer, or cut name tags, logos, Christmas ornaments, or even jewelry using a laser or vinyl cutter. Almost anything can be created here, and the team is eager to share their know-how with you. They run regular tours and workshops, and you can even book the FabLab Experience – a truck packed with cutting-edge technology that can come directly to your company or school.

FabLab fascinates all curious minds and tinkerers. Unleash your imagination and, with the help of technology, become the designer of a brand-new prototype!

5. Curling

Brooms, stones, ice, and houses. During the winter season in Brno, you can try your hand at this unique Olympic sport. Bring your colleagues and compete in accuracy, endurance, and strategy. Curling is a true team sport, making it a perfect way to test and strengthen workplace relationships. And most importantly – it’s a lot of fun!

At the Nová Zbrojovka complex, three sheets of ice are waiting for you. Up to 120 people can take part in this teambuilding activity. A team of instructors will guide you, and all necessary equipment is provided. Catering is available upon request.

Just bring warm clothing and a good mood – and get ready to hit the ice!

These activities are a great choice in any season, but their charm truly shines in the autumn and winter months. Need more tips or advice with planning your event? Get in touch with us and together we’ll find the perfect option.
